Shipping will usually be via UPS ground shipping, unless other arrangements are made. In stock items will be shipped within 3 to 5 days of the placement and payment of your order. Shipping information will be emailed to you when the item or print is shipped.
No refunds are available on the purchase of photographic prints and related products because the majority of these items will be produced to order on a custom basis. Prints or products damaged in shipping or delivery will be replaced if the damage is caused by Magnus. Any further decisions on refunds or replacement items are at the discretion of Magnus.
